Return Trip?

Well, I made the decision to return to the position. Is it flip flopping? Maybe. I am looking at what I enjoy doing and what makes me the happiest and it is honestly that. I enjoy the impact I can have on others and I will have the ability to do that on a larger scale. I know it was difficult before, but I may have taken a step back right when I was about to take a step forward.

This also comes with leaving something I have started. I will be trying to keep it as I have put a lot of work into making this successful. Specialization is something I believe in and I believe in the 70 plus people in my department and their ability to make things happen. We/They still have a lot of work to do, but I want to see if I can keep impacting them while moving forward and maybe, just maybe I will get what I want and be able to shape them on an even larger scale than I am able to now.
